Adairsville, GA (August 20, 2018)- Four victims lost their lives in a devastating car accident Friday night on GA 140.

The incident took place at the stop sign on Towe Chapel Road at GA 140. A beige 1996 Toyota Avalon failed passed through the stop sign between Rydal and Adairsville and crossed into the pathway of a green 2004 Ford F-150.

The F-150 crashed into the Avalon’s driver side, resulting in the death of all four occupants in the vehicle. They are identified as Nancy Evans, 53, of Acworth, Shannon Hartsfield, 41, of Cartersville, Richie Willis, 36, of Adairsville, and a 6-year-old-boy.

Three occupants of the F-150 were transported to Cartersville Medical Center for minor injuries. Our deepest condolences go out to the families of all four victims. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the occupants of the F-150.
