The pedestrian accident took place around 6:03 p.m. near North Fant Street and Mauldin Street, according to the Anderson County dispatch.

Police officers, firefighters, and EMS all responded to the scene of the accident. Injuries were reported but police say that they are unknown at this time.

The accident is still being investigated at this time.
