Anderson County, SC (November 18, 2018) – Police were called to the scene of a car accident that took place in Anderson County that caused critical injuries to one person. When police arrived at the scene, they found a vehicle off the side of the road in some trees, which had collided head-on with a tree and was smashed.

The accident took place on Old Williamston Road in Anderson County. The accident took place last night around 11 p.m. near Brooks Road.

The driver became entrapped when they were involved in an accident and ran off the side of the road. The vehicle struck the tree immediately.

It took first responders approximately 30 minutes to free the driver from their vehicle, who had become entrapped. They were quickly flown to the Greenville Memorial Hospital. At this time, police are investigating the accident.
