The accident took place around 6:00 this morning. A dark-colored sedan struck a pedestrian near Kalyns Way and SC-153. Troopers are still looking for the vehicle involved in the accident and believe that it has a variety of damages to its front right side.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the accident at this time and hopes that the injured party will recover.
