Atlanta, GA (August 10, 2018) – Two individuals were struck by a vehicle early Friday morning while recording a rap video.
The accident took place at the intersection of Jackson Street and Highland Ave just after 1:30 a.m. According to police, the driver of the vehicle did not see the individuals in the street as they were wearing dark clothing and it was dark along the road.
The two pedestrians were illegally in the roadway and were both transported to Atlanta Medical Center to treat non-life-threatening injuries. Their names have not been released.
The driver of the vehicle, who has not been identified, will not be charged. The two injured pedestrians are facing charges for pedestrian in the roadway.
