Atlanta, GA (October 16, 2018) – A major accident involving several vehicles and a dump truck occurred on I-20 in Atlanta. The accident happened around 6 a.m. and led to three injuries.
Two out of three of the westbound lanes were blocked on the interstate. Police said that there were backups until 6:20 a.m. For those who were not stuck in the traffic jam, they were directed onto other routes.
Police said that another accident happened on I-20 within the same few hours, which caused one right lane to be blocked. They have not offered information on those involved.
Both accidents are still being investigated at this time.
