Atlanta, GA (November 2, 2018) – Yesterday, November 1, police say that a man was killed in a forklift accident.

Atlanta, GA (November 2, 2018) – Yesterday, November 1, police say that a man was killed in a forklift accident at a Buckhead Target. The man has since been identified.

Police say that the accident happened near loading docks of the Target at 3535 Peachtree Street. Police and the fire department investigated the accident immediately.

Police say that 46-year-old Bradley Cowans was using the forklift at the Target when it became obstructed and flipped over onto him. Rescue crews pulled him from the wreckage, but it was too late.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration was called to the scene to investigate the accident.
