Georgia Pedestrian Accidents

Pedestrian accidents happen for many reasons on our roadways. Pedestrians happen to gain some of the most catastrophic injuries from these accidents due to the fact that they have the fewest protections from harm. If you are somebody who has been injured in one of these accidents and you believe that it was completely preventable, you might have a claim against a party who caused you harm.

Many accidents involving pedestrians take place due to drivers who are not paying close attention to the roads. Sometimes, it is obvious that pedestrians could be located in a certain area because there are many crosswalks or there is a school or playground nearby. Drivers are always expected to exercise a special duty of care on our roadways when they believe that a pedestrian could be in the area, as these accidents can easily end in serious injuries or fatalities.

If you have been injured, you have rights. We wish to first extend our condolences as well as a helping hand that you need during this difficult time. You have a right to compensation for your injuries including medical bills, lost wages from missed work, emotional suffering, and more.
