Atlanta Moped Accident
Moped and motorcycle accidents take place on our roads far too often, causing serious injuries to those involved. Moped drivers have very few protections and are especially vulnerable on our roads, which puts them at a high risk of serious injuries such as broken bones, head trauma, organ damage, lacerations, and more. If you have fallen victim to one of these accidents, we wish to extend our condolences to you and hope that you will be able to recover.
It is devastating and confusing to be injured in an accident by a hit-and-run driver, especially when you are faced with the fact that the driver kept going without rendering aid to you. This is a crime and the driver will be charged to the fullest extent, which can help you compensate in the midst of your claim.
