Baldwin County, GA (December 17, 2018) – Yesterday afternoon, two people lost their life in a fatal crash involving a semi-truck, and now the driver of the truck has been identified.
According to police, they were dispatched to the area of Georgia 112 near an intersection for a two-vehicle accident involving a vehicle and a truck around 12:30 p.m. At the time, a truck from the Howard Sheppard Company, driven by 30-year-old Reginald Renfroe, was headed south and ran a stop sign at the intersection.
At that time, a Ford pickup truck struck the left side of the semi-truck. The semi-truck rolled over onto the pickup after the two collided.
The driver and passenger in the truck lost their lives at the scene. At this time, a reconstruction team and police continue to investigate the accident.
