Bibb County Pedestrian Accident
Pedestrian accidents happen on our roads every year, ending in serious results for those involved, including fatalities. If you have lost somebody close to you in a serious pedestrian accident, we wish to extend our condolences to you and want you to know that you are not alone when it comes to your case.
Pedestrian accidents are some of the most likely accidents to end in permanent injuries and fatalities due to the fact that pedestrians have few protections from harm against motor vehicles that are thousands of pounds heavier than them. If you have lost a loved one in a pedestrian accident, one of the questions you must ask is: Who is liable? Sometimes, drivers do not extend the duty of care to pedestrians who share the roads even though they are supposed to do everything they can to protect these vulnerable parties from harm.
If you have lost somebody close to you and you wonder what your next steps are as you progress toward a wrongful death claim, we wish to extend our helping hand to you at the Nye Law Group, where your claim is important to us and we want you to receive results you can rely on.
