Burlington, NC (November 8, 2018) – Police say that one individual lost their life following a moped accident when they collided with a vehicle in Burlington. The accident took place yesterday, November 7.
Police responded to the scene of the accident around 6:23 a.m. yesterday morning around the area of North Church Street and Beaumont Avenue. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured in the accident.
Police say that one lane of US 70 was closed down for quite some time following the accident.
At this time, the investigation into the matter continues.
