Catoosa County, GA (December 30, 2018) – A man from Fort Oglethorpe is still on the run after police say that a car accident happened involving one of their patrol vehicles.
Police say that Joseph Lolley was stopped around 10 a.m. yesterday by a Georgia Highway Patrol officer at Park Lake Road. The trooper who pulled Lolley over said that Lolley struck the patrol car with his vehicle and then immediately fled the scene.
