Charlotte, NC (November 8, 2018) – Police say that, on Wednesday morning, November 7, seventeen people were sent to the hospital following a CATS bus crash. The accident happened around 8:40 a.m. on Beatties Ford Road.

The accident happened at the intersection and involved another vehicle. The other vehicle was overturned when police and emergency responders arrived at the scene.

Many of the injuries were minor, but others were transported to the hospital for further treatment of more serious injuries. In fact, in total, seventeen people were taken to the Carolinas Medical Center.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident at this time.
