Charlotte, NC – Man Involved in Car Accident Crashes into Graveyard

Charlotte, NC (November 27, 2018) – This morning, November 27, a man involved in a car accident proceeded to lose.

Charlotte, NC (November 27, 2018) – This morning, November 27, a man involved in a car accident proceeded to lose control of his vehicle, which caused him to crash in a graveyard. The vehicle struck a pole and went off the road before it went down a hill.

The crash happened around 2 a.m. this morning in the 500 block of 5th Street. Police say that they do not believe any of the headstones in the graveyard were damaged in the accident.

The driver was injured but, luckily, they are expected to be okay. They are currently in the hospital.

Officials have not yet identified the driver or released information on how the accident occurred, but they are still investigating.
