Cherokee County, GA (October 18, 2018) – On Thursday, October 11, the passenger involved in a serious car accident was hospitalized with severe injuries. The accident happened around 5 p.m. that evening.

34-year-old Jonathan Harris was driving his BMW at the time near Robin Road when he lost control of his vehicle, crashing off the side of the roadway. Harris was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. His passenger, 42-year-old Gary Bullard, was ejected from the car and taken to the hospital. However, he later died due to his injuries.

At this time, police are still looking into what caused Harris to drive off the side of the road. Charges are pending at this time.
