Cherokee County, SC (December 1, 2018) – Last evening, November 30, a driver lost their life in a fatal crash that happened around 6 p.m. in Cherokee County at an intersection.
Police responded to US 29 at the intersection with Tribal Road. The driver of a 2007 Cadillac had been driving east when they were suddenly struck by the driver of a Honda Civic. The Civic ran into the driver’s side of the Cadillac.
When emergency responders arrived at the scene, they found that the driver of the Cadillac was entrapped inside the vehicle and lost their life at the scene. The driver and passenger of the other vehicle also received minor injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
At this time, the accident remains under investigation.
