South Carolina Pedestrian Involved Accident

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the injured pedestrian. We wish you a quick and easy recovery.

Pedestrian accidents can be especially catastrophic and, in some cases, even fatal because the pedestrian has absolutely no protection from the harmful environment around them. The surrounding cars are moving faster and weigh several thousand pounds more than any human presenting a very real danger for those who have to get around on foot.

If you or someone close to you has been injured in a pedestrian-involved accident you will probably want to file a personal injury claim. Unfortunately, just because you are injured does not mean the bills will stop coming. A personal injury claim can help you receive compensation for your losses for things such as medical bills, time missed from work, and pain and suffering. You need to focus on healing and getting your health back, not worrying about how you are going to handle a massive financial burden that was brought on by someone else’s negligence.

At Nye Law Group we understand that you are going through a difficult time and we are here to help you. We want to make sure that your rights are protected and that you receive all the compensation that the law entitles you too. For a free consultation give us a call at 912-200-5230
