Cherokee County, GA (November 7, 2018) – In Cherokee County, a small plane crash occurred on Sunday morning, November 4.

Cherokee County, GA (November 7, 2018) – In Cherokee County, a small plane crash occurred on Sunday morning, November 4 while it was taking off.

The plane went down around 10 a.m. in a forested area close to private land on Arnold Mill Road. The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office investigated the accident.

The pilot and the other person in the plane suffered a variety of injuries and were both taken to the WellStar Kennestone Hospital. The names of the men were not released.

Police continue to investigate what led to the accident.
