Clayton County, GA (December 19, 2018) – In Clayton County, a motorcycle accident took place involving a cement truck that led to critical injuries in a motorcyclist today, December 19.
The accident took place around 6:30 p.m. this evening at the intersection of Tara Boulevard and Tara Road. The wreck blocked lanes for quite some time but has since been cleared.
Police are not exactly sure how the accident took place, but the motorcyclist ended up pinned beneath the cement truck at the intersection and right-of-way issues might have been involved. The identity of the motorcyclist has not yet been released. They are currently on life support at a local hospital and police are not sure of their condition.
Police continue their investigation into the accident at this time.
