Cleveland County, NC (November 1, 2018) – State troopers are still working on their investigation into a pedestrian accident that took the life of a young child. The child has since been identified by police.

A driver noticed the boy on the shoulder of the road. The family believes that he slipped out of the home, when the boy’s grandmother left to take the boy’s father to work. The family had been sleeping at the time.
