Cobb County, GA (December 8, 2018) – Accidents involving trucks do not happen as commonly as many other types of accidents on our roads due to the fact that these drivers are particularly careful on our roads. However, they still continue to happen every day, leaving many people with serious injuries.
In Cobb County, police responded to a tractor-trailer accident that took place on Interstate 75 in the southbound lanes and involved another vehicle. Police said injuries were reported, though they have not said to what extent and identified parties involved.
The accident took place just before the Windy Hill Road exit, 260. It took police several hours to clear the wreck so that drivers could move forward in those lanes.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident at this time.
We would like to extend our sympathies to the parties involved in this accident and hope that they will be able to move forward during this difficult time.
