The accident, according to responding police and emergency responders, happened on Interstate 75 in the southbound lanes. Police responded to the area of exit 267 to find that two vehicles had collided with one another.

One of the vehicles, a black SUV, was pushed off the side of the road and a black sedan was sitting in the road with extensive damages. Both were damaged on the front ends of the vehicles, but police are still trying to determine what caused them to collide with one another.

The accident blocked two right lanes and delays occurred in the area for quite some time. Police continue their investigation of the incident.
