Colquitt County Fatal Accident
Fatal accidents are life-changing experiences for those involved, especially when the life taken is that of a child. If you have lost a child due to the negligence of a driver in an accident or your child has been seriously injured at the hands of a negligent driver, we want to stand by your side. We offer our sincerest condolences to the family and friends of both Noah Palmer and Dylan Wolfe at this time.
Accidents involving children are some of the most devastating types that happen on our roadways. If your child has been affected by one of these accidents, you have a right to compensation under personal injury laws in Georgia. A child is not permitted to bring an injury claim on their own until they reach the age of 18, which is why you as the parent will have to decide where you want to turn if you believe that you and your family are eligible for a variety of damages such as funeral costs, medical bills, emotional pain, and more.
At the Nye Law Group, we are here in your desperate time of need as you navigate the legal system and work with us to receive the compensation you deserve at this time. Do not hesitate to reach out to us for more information on how we can help you at this time at (912) 200-5230.
