Columbus, GA (October 15, 2018) – Police say that one man was arrested and charged regarding a serious hit-and-run accident that took place on Monday night following a high-speed chase.
The man who was arrested in regards to the accident was identified as Jaynile Harrison. He faces many charges now including hit-and-run, fleeing the scene, and more. Injuries were reported in the accident that took place on Macon Road.
The chase by police ended when Harrison struck another vehicle with his own car near Dixon Drive.
At this time, police continue to investigate the incident.
