Cook County, GA (October 24, 2018) – The Georgia Department of Transportation was called to the scene of a semi-truck.

Cook County, GA (October 24, 2018) – The Georgia Department of Transportation was called to the scene of a semi-truck accident that involved lane closures and injuries in multiple parties. The accident took place along Interstate 75 in Cook County.

The crash was so severe that it blocked the inside lane of the highway for several hours in the area of exit 39. Police say that the accident took place on Monday night, October 22, around 11:45 p.m.

The semi-truck was severely damaged and the cab had to be removed from the road yesterday morning. Drivers were told to use caution in the area while police investigated.
