Dallas, NC (November 1, 2018) – In Dallas, a fatal rollover accident took place involving a police officer. The accident took place this morning, November 1.
Police say that the officer was involved in an accident, where his vehicle then rolled over and caught fire. Police confirmed that the officer died at the scene of the accident but they have not yet released his name.
The accident happened around 10:15 a.m. this morning on the Dallas Bessemer City Highway. The vehicle crashed into a tree in front of a home at the time of the accident.
Officers blocked off the area for quite some time while they worked on their investigation.
