Fatal Accidents in Georgia

We want to first extend our condolences to the loved ones of Calvin Hunter during this difficult time, as we know it can be a devastating experience to lose somebody close to you in an unexpected accident.

Many people believe that rear-end accidents are never serious in nature. When you picture one of these accidents, you might picture somebody bumping into the rear of another vehicle while they are driving slow in traffic. However, these accidents can actually be extremely deadly in nature and, when your loved one has lost their life suddenly in one of these accidents, you might wonder how you can bring a claim on behalf of your loved one.

Liability is, of course, one of the biggest factors in a variety of accident cases. Liability is also sometimes easier to determine in these serious crashes. The driver who is at the back of the accident tends to be the person who is liable for injuries or fatalities, though this is not always the case depending on the circumstances.
