We offer our condolences to those affected by the collision and hope for a full recovery.

Sudden collisions are often the result of negligence, meaning that one party was responsible for the accident due to various factors like distracted driving. When it comes to such incidents, the driver responsible is normally charged with negligence, which means that the driver affected by the accident is eligible for compensation.

Insurance companies may not cover all of the medical expenses involved and sometimes a lawsuit needs to be filed with the help of an auto accident attorney to ensure that a fair compensation is received. An auto accident attorney will collect any evidence of the wreck available including police reports, photographs, and witness reports. Attorneys are trained to handle these cases professionally and with care.
