Dekalb County, GA – (October 6, 2018) On Saturday afternoon, October 6, a car accident on the I-285 brought traffic to a halt as the middle and right lanes were blocked. The wreck occurred on the westbound lanes of the inner loop at Flat Shoals and Candler Road near exit 48.

After arriving on the scene, first responders administered care to the non-life-threatening injuries sustained during the accident. Police initially directed traffic around the accident before blocking off the two lanes to have time to clear the site of debris.
