DeKalb County, GA (December 11, 2018) – Police responded to a serious multi-vehicle accident that took place on Highway 78.

DeKalb County, GA (December 11, 2018) – Police responded to a serious multi-vehicle accident that took place on Highway 78 today in the westbound lanes.

According to police, the accident took place at Industrial Boulevard and completely blocked the left lane of the highway, causing a variety of delays in the area. At the scene of the accident, four vehicles were scene wrecked in the median. Police are unsure of what caused the cars to collide with one another, but there were a variety of serious damages to the vehicles, one of which was pushed into the guardrail.

EMS services, including an ambulance, could be seen in the area giving medical attention to those who needed it. Police are still investigating the cause of the accident at this time.
