DeKalb County, GA (November 14, 2018) – In DeKalb County, police were called to the scene of a pedestrian accident early this morning that involved one vehicle. At the time of the accident, it was very early in the morning and the roads were still dark and unclear.
Police say that the pedestrian had been crossing the street on Wesley Chapel Road around the area of Interstate 20. The pedestrian was walking near a McDonald’s. The accident took place right in front of the restaurant.
Police have not confirmed how serious the injuries were, but the pedestrian was injured in the accident. Because of all the emergency responders in the area, there were many delays reported on the road for several hours while police investigated. They are currently looking for more information.
