DeKalb County, GA (December 22, 2018) – Late last night, two people lost their lives in a fatal accident after.

DeKalb County, GA (December 22, 2018) – Late last night, two people lost their lives in a fatal accident after their vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic and was struck by a pickup truck.

The accident happened last night around 11:30 p.m. when a 2004 Crown Victoria was headed south on Allgood Road when the driver suddenly lost control. When it crossed into the other lane, it was struck by a Ford F-250 headed northbound.

The driver of the vehicle and his passenger, identified as a woman, died at the scene of the accident.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances of this accident and hope to release more details.
