Dougherty County, GA (December 30, 2018) – In Dougherty County, one person was killed in a fatal accident on Saturday. The person has since been identified by police.

43-year-old James Joseph Conlan Jr. of Albany was identified as the person who lost his life in the accident. The accident took place on Mud Creek Road close to the area of Gillionville Road.

The call came in around 4 p.m. and many emergency responders arrived at the scene. Police continue their investigation into the accident at this time to determine exactly what caused the vehicles to collide.
