Durham, NC (December 13, 2018) – Police say that at least 10 and as many as 15 vehicles crashed in.

Durham, NC (December 13, 2018) – Police say that at least 10 and as many as 15 vehicles crashed in a multi-vehicle crash due to the ice on the road on the MLK Parkway.

The accident took place on Tuesday night. Durham Police were working the accident scene and said that they were not sure how many vehicles were involved. Two people suffered minor injuries in the accident. Police said that the roads were extremely slick as temperatures fell below freezing.

Responders worked at the scene of the accident for several hours. Police also stated that there were a few other weather-related accidents in Durham but police said that none of the injuries were life-threatening in nature.

Police continue to investigate the accident at this time.
