Flintstone, GA (November 30, 2018) – In Flintstone, a driver is now facing charges following a school bus accident. The accident took place around 7:14 a.m. Wednesday morning on Happy Valley Road.
Investigators say that the accident occurred when the driver of a Land Rover Discovery driven by 18-year-old Seth Garrison Cline rear-ended a school bus with children on board. He was charged with failing to exercise due care following the incident. Police are still attempting to determine what caused the accident to take place.
The bus driver and five children did sustain minor injuries in the crash, but they are all expected to recover. At this time, police continue to investigate the accident.
