Florence County, SC (December 17, 2018) – In Florence County, one person died only a day after they were involved in a car accident near Coward. The accident happened on Saturday around 8:00 p.m.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol investigated the accident on East Friendfield Road. The driver who crashed their vehicle was taken to the hospital immediately after the accident occurred. However, yesterday police say that they sadly passed away due to their injuries.

The vehicle had been involved in an accident, where it then went off the side of the road and how it took place.
