Florence County, SC – One Person Killed in Fatal Car Accident Yesterday

Florence County, SC (December 28, 2018) – Yesterday morning, police confirmed that one person lost their life in a fatal.

Florence County, SC (December 28, 2018) – Yesterday morning, police confirmed that one person lost their life in a fatal car accident that happened on Marsh Avenue.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol was called to the scene of the accident around 11:20 a.m. yesterday to find that a vehicle had been involved in an accident just north of Pamplico. The driver had been in a 2011 Chevy that ended up on the side of the road, where it struck a tree.

Police confirmed that the driver had not been wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident and died at the scene. They continue to investigate the accident at this time.

Thus far, the name of the deceased driver has not been released.
