The accident took place just past the Holcomb Bridge Road at exit 7. Only the right lane is open and there were heavy delays in the area. Police prompted drivers in the area to use Highway 9 until they had cleared the scene.

Multiple emergency vehicles were seen in the area helping out individuals who were injured. At this time, police have not released information on how many vehicles were involved in the accident, just that there were injuries involved.
