Fulton County, GA (December 6, 2018) – In Fulton County, police and emergency responders were called to the scene of a serious pedestrian accident near an intersection.
The accident, according to police, took place at Chattahoochee Avenue and Howell Mill Road. The road was completely blocked for quite some time while police investigated and drivers were backed up and eventually redirected to Marietta Boulevard.
Police say that a medical helicopter was called to the scene to give aid to the pedestrian, who received serious injuries in the accident. The driver allegedly stayed at the scene to cooperate with police.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident at this time.
