Gaffney, SC (December 14, 2018) – On Interstate 85 in Gaffney this morning, the Highway Patrol was called to the scene of a car accident that closed down multiple lanes.
Police responded to the accident around 5:30 a.m., which they are still trying to determine a cause. The accident happened around the area of the Milliken Road exit. By 9 a.m., crews had cleared the wreck from the interstate.
Police told news sources that injuries are involved in the accident. Multiple parties received injuries, but we do not know to what extent at this time. The investigation into the accident continues.
