Greensboro, NC (November 25, 2018) – A crash on Interstate 85 in Greensboro sent at least one person to the hospital.  The crash happened in the northbound lanes of the highway on Saturday, November 24th.

Around 10:12 am, the Greensboro Police Department responded to reports of the crash.  When police arrived, they discovered that two cars were involved in the collision.  According to officers, a vehicle driven by Lynda Ann Davis was traveling northbound when it lost control, veered across four lanes of the highway and collided with a 2017 Nissan driven by Brittany Louise Raynor.

Davis told police she believed that she had hydroplaned, causing the crash.  Raynor was taken to Moses Cone Hospital with unknown injuries.  Davis was charged with exceeding a safe speed, driving while impaired, and open container of alcohol.
