Greensboro, NC (December 11, 2018) – Police responded to a serious rollover accident that happened this morning when two vehicles collided and one went off the side of the road.
The woman who had been driving the vehicle, who has not yet been identified by police, struck a snowbank and flipped her vehicle on Interstate 73. The woman had been driving a Toyota SUV at the time and suffered injuries. Luckily, nobody else was injured in the crash.
Police believe that she was not driving at unsafe speeds when the collision took place but the roads were covered in ice at the time.
The woman told police that she was driving to work when the accident took place. They continue to investigate the accident at this time.
