  Greenville County, SC (November 5, 2018) – Police have identified a woman who died in a fatal crash on.

 

Greenville County, SC (November 5, 2018) – Police have identified a woman who died in a fatal crash on the Geer Highway in the afternoon ofThursday, November 1. The accident took place at the intersection of River Falls Road.

The woman has been identified as 72-year-old Elizabeth Nelson of Marietta. Nelson lost her life due to multiple blunt force injuries.

At the time of the accident, Nelson had been driving a Subaru on River Falls Road headed south when she passed through a stop sign without stopping. She was then struck by an RV home that was traveling west through the intersection.

The other driver was not injured in the accident and there were no passengers in the vehicle. The crash is still being investigated by the South Carolina Highway Patrol at this time.
