South Carolina Motorcycle Accidents
We offer our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Orlando Perez. We know that this is an exceptionally difficult time for you.
Motorcycles are inherently less safe than cars or trucks. A motorcycle offers no protection from outside elements, road hazards, or the road itself. They are also more susceptible to crashes in inclement weather because they are less stable than other vehicles. Any accident that involves a motorcycle is likely going to have greater repercussions for the driver of the boke for these reasons. Motorcyclists also have to routinely deal with motorists that are not aware of their presence. If you are injured in an accident where you were riding a motorcycle it may be in your best interest to hire a personal injury attorney to help you through the complicated legal process of filing a personal injury claim in South Carolina.
