South Carolina Moped Accidents

We extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Joseph Matthew Irby. We know that you are going through a very difficult time right now and will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.

Mopeds are an extremely vulnerable group of vehicles. They offer no physical protection from the elements or road hazards, they offer less visibility to other drivers than a standard vehicle, and they have a comparatively low top speed which makes it nearly impossible for them to power out of nasty situations. Moped operators are at a very high risk for both injuries and fatalities. If you or someone you know has been injured or killed on a moped as the result of the disregard of another driver then you are entitled to collect on the losses you have suffered.
