Greenville, SC (December 2, 2018) – On Friday night, November 30, a woman was struck and lost her life in a pedestrian accident. She has now been identified by police.
The accident took place at Laurens Road. Greenville Police investigated and determined that the woman who lost her life near the area of Keith Drive was identified as 59-year-old Gloria Morris Perrella of Taylors. The woman died at the scene of the accident due to multiple blunt force injuries.
At the time, Perrella had been attempting to cross the street when she was struck. She was pronounced dead around 7:07 p.m. Police have not been able to determine who is responsible for the accident but they continue to investigate at this time.
