Harrisburg, NC (October 23, 2018) – Early yesterday morning, one person was killed and another was injured in a serious.

Harrisburg, NC (October 23, 2018) – Early yesterday morning, one person was killed and another was injured in a serious fatal car accident that took place around 5 a.m. in Harrisburg.

The Harrisburg Fire Department quickly arrived at the scene, where they found that a car had wrecked on Lower Rocky River Road near Monterosa Road.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident while the other was flown to the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. No names have been released at this time.

The North Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate the accident.
