The accident took place this morning, October 29, around 9:40 a.m. Emergency responders quickly arrived at the intersection of Gunter Lake Road between Brittons Neck and Aynor.

Police say that at least one person lost their life, but they have not yet identified the parties involved. They continue to investigate how this accident occurred.
