I-85, GA (December 29, 2018) – Police say that injuries were reported following a multi-vehicle crash that led to delays for quite some time. The accident happened in the northbound lanes.
Police said that multiple vehicles were involved in the accident when over two vehicles were involved in a chain-reaction crash. The accident took place on the downtown connector and caused heavy delays in the area back until Cleveland Avenue.
Multiple emergency responders were called to investigate the scene of the accident. They did not release any identifying information on the parties involved or information on the reasons why the accident occurred.
Police continue their investigation of the accident at this time.
